I launched at Newgale at 12.30ish with Kelvin and Karrina. Well powered on 6.4 and 100 litres for an hour - could have changed down, but the waves were still on the pebbles and I was having too much fun blasting up and down. Came in for a sandwich (always a mistake) and the wind dropped right down leaving Karrina stranded for a bit. There were a few small waves by then and I thought the wind would come back so I rigged 5.7 and 84 litres. Almost enough, but I settled for 5.7 and 100 litres in the end. I came off at 3.30.

Several people launched on 5.8's around 3.30 and seemed to be going OK so the wind must have come back. Windguru Pro was giving 19 mph gusting to 25 when I looked in the morning so I was a bit disappointed in the actual wind - it was a still a good session for me though.
